Terms of Service
Payments
Commission process will start once the full payment is made upfront!
Fees: Depending on the complexity of the design, or overall request, there is a possibility that the price will go up due to the complexity of the commission itself. (ex: clothing, patterns, number of characters, backgrounds, etc.)
Refunds: Refunds will NOT be offered once I begin the working progress of the commission. This will only happen if something happens where I can not finish the commission/work.
General/Intellectual Property Rights
For ANY type of commission work, I require at least some form of reference photo! Whether that be of your character or another oc in general!
As the artist, I can have rights with the piece for…
Rights to use for promotion and social media.
Rights to use for samples (ex: commission and portfolio examples.)
Rights to Ownership (I can use for self-promotion but I CAN NOT use for personal merchandise/selling the work to someone else.)
I have the right to decline the commission if the request makes me uncomfortable or due to other personal reasons.
You are NOT ALLOWED to use commissioned work for AI training, tracing, reselling, re-licensing, or NFT usage.
You are more than welcomed to post my commission work on your social media! I only ask if you do so, to credit me and my work fully. (credit me through social media like Tumblr or Bluesky!)
Revisions
I will allow two revisions within the sketching process! The first one being general changes, then the second will be the last check in for final changes before the completion process.
I will allow one change when it comes to the coloring process before the final rendering process!
Usage
You are free to post or share any of my commission work however you want! All I ask is you credit me through my social media tags (Bluesky or Tumblr) You can also use my work for banner art, pfp, etc.
You CAN NOT use work for personal merchandise or distribution with the intent of selling it. DO NOT sell my work or for generative AI or NFT usage. (as stated as well in the General/Intellectual Property Rights section above.)
Deadlines and Delivery
Deadlines and completion of commission will depend on the type of commission itself and my workload, (and overall my personal life.) But I will complete the commission itself as fast as I can! The longest it could take me maybe a couple of weeks to finish. If you wish to discuss a specific deadline, please discus it with me through dms on Vgen or through email!

But I'm also known as “lazy_sunflower” or just “asleepingsunflower” on other online platforms. I'm just a fellow nerd on the internet who has a passion for character design and digital art. My overall goal is to share my joy of art making with others while still improving as an artist myself!What do you use?
As of right now for art programs, I like to use Procreate on my iPad Pro! But for more of my bigger illustrations and projects, I like to use Clip Studio Paint and use an Huion Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Display Tablet to draw with it.What inspires you?
Many things. Like mentioned before, I am a huge nerd, I love anime, manga, comics, video games, and more! Especially things like indie projects and creators that I personally follow as well. But the act of drawing and creating itself is when I feel the most like myself and keeps me going.
